Andrea

Andrea has spent more than 30 years in senior public‑sector leadership, and throughout that time one thing has stayed constant: her belief that people thrive when they’re supported to be their best. She’s built her career around achieving excellence, not just for organisations, but for the individuals who make them work.

At home, she’s married with two sons and also cares for family members — experiences that shape her grounded, empathetic approach to leadership.

Helping people grow is what energises her. Whether she’s working with teams inside an organisation or supporting someone on their personal development journey, Andrea is passionate about unlocking potential. That passion led her to qualify as a Level 7 Executive Coach and Mentor (ILM), and she now designs and delivers coaching and leadership programmes that give people the confidence and tools to progress in their careers.

As a business partner of Clarity 4D, Andrea also helps clients build deeper self‑awareness and understand how to work more effectively with others — strengthening relationships, communication and team performance.

Wellbeing and inclusion sit at the heart of everything she does. Andrea is a strong advocate for creating environments where people feel valued, supported and able to thrive, and she weaves these principles through all her leadership and coaching work.

I spent 30 years in policing, retiring as Inspector with Hertfordshire Constabulary. During that time I mostly worked as a detective, supported major investigations and risk managed hundreds of sex offenders and later led recruitment for Police Officers, PCSOs and Special Constables.

Since leaving policing, my focus has shifted to what I enjoy most — helping people move forward in their careers. I’ve worked in both the public and private sector, supporting individuals through recruitment processes, career changes and professional development.

I’m particularly passionate about helping women find the right roles for them, build confidence in their abilities, and present themselves properly on paper. A strong CV, supporting statement and clear story can make a huge difference, and I’ve helped many people translate their experience into something employers really understand.

Through coaching, CV support and practical advice, I help people recognise their strengths, position themselves well, and take the next step in their career with confidence.idence.

Jane is a former Senior Police Officer who can demonstrate a commitment to communities through her award winning Partnership work within the police and through her Volunteering support with local Charities and as a school Governor on her retirement.

Her drive, within all her activities, is to understand others needs and support these with effective and thoughtful communication and practical assists.

Janes leadership style is both warm and principled; approachable and fair, someone who listens carefully and values diverse perspectives. She is particularly known for recognising the strengths and potential in others, encouraging those around her to grow in confidence and capability. Since retiring Jane has remained a Coach and Mentor for clients who are looking to start, change or return to a career.

Recognising her own struggle with resilience during her Menopause, and lack of understanding by herself and others relating to this period of a woman's life, she actively responded by obtaining accredited Menopause Coach Training. As a result she has been able to provide informed support to friends and colleagues with information, awareness and empowerment as they navigate this inevitable stage in their lives.

Sarah brings three decades of distinguished policing experience, having served in some of Manchester’s most diverse and challenging communities. Throughout her career, she championed neighbourhood policing, where her commitment to community safety, crime reduction and meaningful partnership working became her hallmark. Rising through leadership roles for 25 years and retiring as a Superintendent in 2022, Sarah earned a reputation as a values-driven leader dedicated to developing people and creating positive, inclusive workplace cultures.

A passionate advocate for personal growth, Sarah has spent much of her career coaching and mentoring officers and staff—supporting them through career progression, lateral development and confidence building. Her natural ability to empower others led her seamlessly into a second career as a university lecturer in policing, where she further strengthened her practice by achieving a Level 7 Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice. As an educator, she thrives on helping adult learners think critically, grow in confidence and recognise their own potential.

Alongside her academic role, Sarah continues to provide private coaching for people pursuing recruitment, promotion and broader career aspirations. Her approach is grounded in empathy, lived experience, and a deep understanding of the barriers women often face in male-dominated or high-pressure environments.

As a gay woman, Sarah has long been a pioneer for inclusivity. She helped establish the first Lesbian and Gay staff association within her force—well before the development of today’s LGBTQ+ networks—and has supported countless colleagues navigating workplace culture, discrimination and identity-related challenges. Her leadership in this area reflects her unwavering commitment to dignity, respect and psychological safety for all.

Sarah also brings rich personal insight into managing complex life responsibilities. While holding senior leadership roles, she balanced the emotional and practical demands of caring for parents with dementia and chronic health issues. Later in life, she became a parent herself and continues to juggle caring commitments alongside her professional career. These experiences have shaped her passion for helping women build resilience, protect their wellbeing, and maintain confidence during life’s most demanding seasons.

Whether you’re stepping into leadership, exploring a new direction, preparing for promotion or rebuilding your confidence after major life changes, Sarah brings compassion, clarity and real-world experience to help you move forward with confidence

With over 30 years of experience in policing, I have dedicated my career to supporting people, developing talent and leading with integrity. For the past decade of my service, I worked as a senior leader, where I focused on motivating teams, nurturing potential and creating environments where people could thrive. My work in developing and inspiring staff was recognised nationally when I received a National Police Commendation for my contribution to leadership and staff development.

Alongside my leadership career, I pursued my passion for learning and personal growth. I hold a degree in English and am an ILM-accredited coach, combining strong communication skills with practical coaching expertise to help others build confidence, clarity and direction.

My approach is warm, approachable and deeply people-focused. I believe that when individuals feel supported and understood, their confidence grows and their potential expands. This philosophy has shaped my work for decades and continues to guide me today.

Since retiring from policing, I have entered an exciting new chapter. My coaching work has gone from strength to strength, with particular success supporting women who are looking to build confidence, navigate change and step into the next stage of their lives with purpose and belief in themselves.

Family remains at the heart of everything I do. I am married and the proud mother of two daughters who are both now at university, and watching them grow into independent young women is one of my greatest joys.

My perspective on life has also been shaped by personal experience. Having faced breast cancer twice in the past decade, I have learned firsthand that health truly is everything. This experience has deepened my appreciation for resilience, wellbeing and making the most of every opportunity. I am a cancer Champion for a local centre and enjoy helping others find strength

Today, I am more energised than ever about the future. I feel incredibly fortunate to be doing work that empowers others, and I am excited about this next chapter — continuing to support, inspire and help people realise just how capable they truly are by being a cancer Champion for a local charity
